First visit

On your first visit you will have a check up by your dentist who will discuss your dental history and any dental work your require. 

Subsequent visits

Follow up visits to complete treatment will be arranged with your dentist.

We encourage patients to visit the dental practice regularly and you can book your next appointment before you leave.

At Kelburne dental surgery we understand that many people maybe apprehensive about visiting us. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff take time to listen to your dental background and history to help make your visit as pleasant as possible.
For particularly apprehensive patients we offer specialised sedation service.
Dental sedation is a very reliable and safe way of reducing you dental anxieties, making your experience pleasant and relaxing.
Sedation will make you feel sleepy and relaxed. Most patients can remember little or nothing of the procedure. It is suitable for most healthy adults will be performed safely by our team at Kelburne Dental Surgery.

Payments

A range of payments options are available including cash, credit and debit cards and direct debit payments for Denplan members. We no longer accept cheques.

Those with certificated exemption payment due to income must bring evidence of any exemption to the dentist surgery.

Cancellations

Each appointment is dedicated to you, so with appreciation, we require 24 HOURS notice if you cannot make your appointment otherwise, a failure to attend charge will be added to your account. (For special appointments a larger charge may be applied.)
