We provide free dental care for children and those adults who qualify. 

The following groups receive free NHS dental care:

• Under 18
• 18 and in full time education
• Pregnant and nursing mothers with a baby under 1 year old
• Income support (Including partner of the person in receipt of the IS)
• Working families tax credit (incl partner of claimant)
• Disability working allowance (incl partner of claimant)
• Persons with a valid HC2 certificate

If you are not in one of the above groups you may still apply for help with the cost of NHS dental care. The receptionist can provide you with form HC1 which is used to apply for help with dental charges. If elligible you will receive either a HC2 full help certificate (in which case your dental care will be provided free) of a HC3 partial help certificate (in which case you will pay required to only up to the amount specified on the HC3 certificate).
